Case Study: The idea of employing game design features outside of gaming settings is known as gamification. In 2020 they spend $9.1 billion on the gamification market. In the last event, they did a live video game called Docker Dash. Also, it takes a lot of attention on social media, in that way many people start to know them.

They used personal selling to sell their products. They used advertising on social media. Also, they make public relations increase brand.

In my opinion, they took advantage of that event to be on social media. Also, they use the smart way they do live video games, so they can show the audience their products.
