DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:

1. What is your opinion of Dr. Jones's emotional intelligence (El)? Based on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being lowest, how would you rate Dr. Jones? Why?

2. Do you think there should be any consequences for Dr. Jones as a result of his behavior? What can be done?

3. What should the hospital do to try to educate the staff about emotional intelligence? Explain your answer.

The doctor's emotional intelligence is very low, since he lacked responsibility for the job that he has been provided.A health panel must be set up against Dr. Jones fro his ill-mannered behaviour. It must be remembered that a hospital is attended by people who are at their vulnerable state and seek help.Thus, from an institution that has been created fro providing such services must be careful in understanding how people can be handled with care and what are the methods of doing so.

This assignment for the Healthcare management course is an individual paper work which is required to be submitted week 7 (both hard as well as electronic copies). The assignment consists of two Parts: you should to be solved only part one (case study). Mark & Assessment Scheme - The Project is worth 10% of the total course mark; 5% for the case study analysis paper (part 1) and 5% for the second part.
