She currently uses Albuterol HFA up to 3 times a day as well as her nebulizer albuterol Sulfate 2.5Mg/3ml treatments roughly 3-4 times a week. You understand her COPD is not under control and wish to achieve better control. She has a history of hypertension and mixed hyperlipidemia as well as an MI at age 60. Her EF is 55% and she is otherwise stable. What is your next step in management of HH? She only has straight medicare coverage and she is in the donut hole. What does this mean for her?
