Problem: Mr. William Jones was admitted to your unit following a cardiac stent placement for valve blockage. Upon receiving report from nurse, you walk in and receive Mr. Jones in bed awake, alert and resting. You obtain Mr. Williams vitals and they are as followed: HR 82 BP 138/59 R 18 SPO2 96% on RA TEMP 97.6 PAIN:3/10 While continue your rounds on your other patients, your CNA calls you and informs you that Mr. Jones has vomited. Upon assessment, it is noted that he has vomited twice coffee ground emesis and he is holding his chest. What is your next intervention?
