To be successful the students USP (Unique Selling Proposition) assignment must encompass the necessary information in answering the following questions in complete detail and scope:
Part A Product Knowledge & Business Plan
1. What does your business do well? Explain what the business does well and how it operates to ensure prompt, responsive service while making the purchase process easy for your target customer. Explain how does your brand's product and service embrace and satisfy the emotional needs of your target customer.
2. What is your most important customer-focused business goal? Identify how your product and services focus on your customer needs. How will your customer benefit from the product and services your offer and will there be any residuals or opportunities for further expansion of your brand?
Part B Provide a Solution or Opportunity & Business Plan - Pricing & Distribution
1. Complete the necessary research for a proposed food and beverage concept which will meet your client's distinct needs and provide a solution/opportunity for a service/product gap in their existing customer experience.
2. Identify the unique solution/opportunity you will deliver through your brand's product or service which benefits your target client's customer's experience. Explain why your solution/opportunity is different, or better, or instills greater value than, the solution your competition offers or fails to recognize as a growth opportunity.
3. Concise statement to present to your client that combines the most important elements of the previous 3 sections (Product Knowledge, Solution or Opportunity and Identify Differentiators). The statement must be concise statement that embodies the value your company has to offer in a proposed food/beverage service/product.
