Question: What is your learning style? We will be using the VARK assessment to give you some structure to how you learn.

V- Visual, A - Aural, R - Reading/Writing, K - Kinesthetic

Take the VARK questionnaire. It took me about 10 minutes.

Write down your top 3 learning preferences. Open the links on the webpage - the drop down tabs at the top of the site and open your top three. Locate the list including study strategies and what looks the most interesting of those listed. We remember what interests us. What we focus on, increases.

Make a small table in Google Docs of the top 3 (column headings) and the favorite methods (content in the cells in the row). Look again and the favorite methods. Do they have a trait in common, such as "many YouTube videos"? Now select your favorite methods as they line up with that trait. That common methods are your best study strategies. Here is what you may record for your own list:

What's so interesting about this is that when you are in the Best Strategy mode, it won't feel like you are studying at all! It will feel like an activity that you like and find interesting and would choose to do in your spare time.
