Part 2 - Reflection Paper
Summarize and reflect upon your results in a two-page double-space reflection paper. The reflection paper should include:

Do you agree or disagree with the results? Why?
Did anything surprise you in the results?

How might your personality vary depending upon the situation?
What are the primary differences between how others see you and how you see yourself?
Your self-assessment of management skills
Compare the description of your personality assessment with the list of management skills from the text (see Table 1 - Skills of Effective Managers on page 6):
