A 39-year-old Caucasian female with past medical history of abdominal hernia repair came with c/o intermittent vomiting and generalized abdominal pain. States her symptoms started four days ago, and worsening since then. She states she feels like bloated. She denies any fever, chills, bloody diarrhea. Her last BM was 5 days ago. She has never experienced something like this. She had no other medical or surgical history of note and was not taking any regular medications.
