Leadership Interviews for Practicum:

For each of the two interviews that you are required to conduct during your practicum hours, you must ask at least 10 questions. Choose eight from the below list and develop two of your own. The interviews should be conducted with a nurse with at least a bachelor's degree who is in a leadership position in a department with which you are unfamiliar. The interview is NOT to be conducted with your preceptor. Please allow time for setting up meeting appointments to be sure that your work can be submitted timely. Each interview will account for 5 clinical hours; however, the interview itself should be short (approx. 20-30 minutes). You are receiving credit for the time it takes to obtain the information, compile the obtained information, and organize the homework.
