Question 1. What are you seeing on the units that you are working on regarding the Corona virus? Has this disrupted the norm as far as visitors, screening for visitors and staff? What is your employer doing to address patient and staff safety? Do you feel safe at work? Do you have enough PPE? Please add any other issues that you are seeing at work? For those who are not working, how has this pandemic affected you? Has anyone personally experienced shortages in the stores of anything you may have needed?

Question 2. Your patient comes in with c/o chest pain for the past 2 hours which has not improved after 3 nitroglycerin tabs. He is diaphoretic, pain is 10/10 states "it feels like an elephant sitting on my chest". The 12 lead EKG shows ST elevations in leads ll, lll and avf.
