A 66 year old woman with a hx of HTN, HLD, obesity, DM presents to the ER with nausea and vomiting x 1 days. Patient was in her usual state of health until last week when she got COVID-19. Her and her husband were sick with congestion, sore throat and fever. These symptoms began to get better when she started to have nausea and vomiting. She notes she has had little po intake so she has been skipping her insulin. On exam her mucous membranes are dry and she has a diffusely tender abdomen. Her VS are T 100.2, HR 118, BP 138/76, RR 22, sat 96% on RA. What is your differential diagnosis? What more do you need to know about history or phyiscal exam? What would your work- up be?
