A good way to learn how to manage change and culture is to benchmark successful companies or people. Being a "learning" organization is an excellent pro-active approach to managing change and an organization's culture.
Assignment: SELECT one company on the award list.
After you select your company, post on DB and claim your company on SUBJECT LINE of a posting.
Then, Select at least two of the award categories and tell us how your company won this award with some rich examples, based on your research. Always cite citations.
We want to learn some great ways in which a learning organization operates!
Pretend you are a manager for your company and you are trying to recruit your classmates (perspective management hires) into coming to work for your company, sharing some of the great things your learning organization boosts about.
