Pain onset is usually 2-3 days prior to her cycle and is relieved during the middle of her cycle. She takes ibuprofen occasionally but does not feel like it helps with the pain. Please provide the following: 3 assessment questions you would ask this patient; what diagnostics/ labs would you order; 3 differential diagnosis.A 54-year-old female presents to the office with complaint of pain during intercourse. It has been happening for about a year. She is post-menopausal, denies episodes of PMB, pelvic pain, vaginal discharge or pruritus.
