Making a realistic schedule can be incredibly difficult to do. There are many factors to consider. How much work time does an individual actually have during a day? How much time is taken by employees attending meetings, completing paperwork, etc.? How efficient are individuals at their assigned task? All of these things need to be considered in creating a schedule. Allowing some wiggle room for unforeseen circumstances is also very important to avoid a project falling behind and potentially needing to be fast-tracked to completion. What is your approach to making a realistic schedule?
