Ms. Crabbe is a 45-year-old female who is seeing her primary care doctor regarding some consistent pelvic pain, unexpected weight loss, and irregular menstrual cycles to which she thinks she maybe starting menopause. A PAP smear was initially negative for any cervical or uterine deformities. Blood work comes back with high WBC count, as well as high Band cells, ESR and Alkaline Phosphatase. The doctor order some additional blood work such as a CA-125 and ordered a pelvic CT scan. CT scan reveals a large tumor on her right ovary and a CA-125 level of 67.
