1. What is the Whole Foods mission and/or vision (Research this - not necessarily in articles)?

Mission Statement of Whole Foods:

Our purpose is to nourish people and the planet. We're a purpose-driven company that aims to set the standards of excellence for food retailers. Quality is a state of mind at Whole Foods Market.

2. How do 365 stores differ from traditional Whole Foods stores? Do they still fit with the Whole Foods' mission/vision?

The 365 stores differ from traditional Whole Foods stores because of their standards in size, amount of products, and mostly in price as they offer valued products everyday. I think they still fit with the Whole Foods mission statement because they are still providing high quality products as they would with their normal stores.

3. Provide two examples of businesses that Whole Foods could go into that represent related diversification.

4. For each example you came up with for question 6, what synergy will Whole Foods tap into?
