Problem- a heat lamp produces 16.0mW of yellow light. In 5.50 h, the laser emits 1.43*10^20 photons. what is the wavelength of the heat lamp in meters? 1W= 1 J/s

I know that to find wavelength you can divide h by mass and velocity, so my question is if 16.0 m(J/s) is the same as velocity and can I inpu that into the equation or if there is another step I am missing?

Here is the problem which I am struggling on, please help me
