Problem- A 125.0 L weather balloon filled with 6.1 moles of helium as a small leak. If the helium leaks at a rate of 10 mmol/hr, what is the volume of the balloon after 66 hours?

I need work shown so I know how the answer was come up with- I keep trying to utilized Avogadro's law however I do not know where to start. I know 10 mmol would be 0.01 mol. However not sure where to go from there best answer will be the one with explanation
