We have an RC circuit with a 1.0 mega Faraday capacitor, a 20 kilo-ohms resistor, amd a 9.0 volt battery. Assuming the capacitor starts completley uncharged, when the switch is closed, what is the voltage between the plates of the capacitor 13 ms after closing the switch?
