The plates have lenght L= 1.6cm. A mass of 1.3*10^-10 Kg with a positve charge of Q=1.5*10^-13 C is shot beween the plates from left to right with a horizontal speed V= 18m/s. what is the vertical deflectio of the mass when it exits the plates
