Question: A cart is propelled over an xy plane with acceleration components ax = 4.4 m/s2and ay = -1.6 m/s2. Its initial velocity has components v0x = 9.4 m/s andv0y = 14.2 m/s.

Part A: In unit-vector notation, what is the velocity of the cart when it reaches its greatest y coordinate?

Any help I can get on this question is really appreciated! I'm not too familiar with this question.
