An ideal which and pulley system is used to haul a box of books (m=50kg) up a ramp as shown in Figure 2. The ramp makes an angle of 20degree with respect to the horizontal. When the winch is engaged, the box of books moves up the ramp at a constant velocity. There is friction between the box of books and the ramp, however, this frictional forces has been measured to have a magnitude of 65N.
