There is a 3 ohm resistor and a j4 ohm inductor in series with each other, and parallel to the input voltage. There is a 4 ohm resistor, a -j13 ohm capacitor, and a 10 ohm resistor in series, which is parallel to the input voltage. The output voltage is measured across the 10 ohm resistor.
