Problem- A solution of Fe(No3)3 and potassium thiocyanate (KSCN) was prepared so that the concentration of Fe3+ and the concentration of SCN- were both 6.0 x 10^-3 M. After mixing and equilibration, the absorbance for the solution at 450 nm was measured and the concentration of FeSCN^2+ was found to be 1.0x10^-3 M.
