Question - A sawmill is sold for NOK 11,000,000. Buyer pays NOK 8,000,000 for the mill and takes over the seller's debt regarding the sawmill of NOK. 3,000,000. Last year's accounts for the sawmill show that the assets are worth NOK 9,000,000 based on the rules of the Accounting Act. When assessing the sawmill, this was valued at NOK 10,000,000.
