As a consultant, you are hired to implement a new communication app to help students stay current on Stonehenge University's events and access key information such as their accounts, grades, classes, faculty, and various internal departments. Currently, students receive multiple emails from different departments about various deadlines, events, and updates. The current state is an issue because students are not keeping up with all of the emails and notifications they receive. This is causing them not to be engaged nor aware of all that they should know. As a result, participation in events is low; students are dissatisfied with the level of communication they receive and feel disconnected from the institution.

Stonehenge University wanted to improve the situation and had hired you as a consultant. According to university leadership, the communication app will be sufficient to address the issue.
