Question: comment on how you feel policy makers might use the identified indicators to get out in front of the potential threat and prevent it from happening, or if prevention is not possible, how they might use the identified indicators as warnings to mitigate the impact of the threat. How can I reply to this.

A possible indicator of someone being swayed by someone using social media is by watching and listening to the person that you think is being swayed. This change will not only be seen in person, but also online. By this, I mean that over time they could start to act differently, talk differently, and change the way they dress, what they post, what they believe. It could be any or all of these things. But if you know the person then you would be more likely to pick up on this behavior change faster than someone who did not know them. That is why it is important that if you notice someone starting to change into someone that you do not recognize then it is important to talk to them to find out what is going on, this is a way to not only check on them but to try to figure out what is going on. With social media, it is hard to tell what is the truth and what is fiction, so it is even more important that you stay aware of what is going on in the world and that if you have questions you look for and dig for facts to answer your questions, and not just rely on the ones that are easy to come by.
