A 20-year-old man is brought to the emergency department after an accident. He is unconscious but has stable vitals. Emergency computed tomography reveals no abnormalities. A few minutes later, he regains consciousness and appears confused. A postictal state is suspected. Soon he starts getting agitated and anxious and starts to perspireg. His heart rate is 100 bpm, and his blood pressure is 100/70 mm Hg. Laboratory examination reveals blood glucose 60 mg/dL, white blood cell count 10,000 cells/µL, creatinine level 1.2 mg/dL, T4 6 IU/L, T3 150 ng/dL, thyroid-stimulating hormone 4 mIU/L, total bilirubin 1 mg/dL, aspartate transaminase 30 IU/L, alanine transaminase 40 IU/L, and γ-glutamyl transferase 56 U/L. Blood smear shows a macrocytic hypochromic picture, and urine analysis reveals no abnormalities. After a detailed history, a substance use disorder diagnosis is established. On being confronted, the patient denies an addiction and says it is "harmless" and he will try to "reduce the use." What is the treatment for the diagnosis?
