There are two hats. One Hat(1) has 2 white coins and 8 blue coins. The other hat(2) has 5 white coins and 5 blue coins. We first pick from hat one. If it is white then we pick another coin from hat one without replacement. If it is blue we pick a coin from the second hat. What is the total expected number of white coins drawn during the two steps?
