B normal time 6 week, crash time 2 week, crash cost $500/wk
C normal time 5 week, crash time 3 week, crash cost $400/wk
D normal time 8 week, crash time 5 week, crash cost: $3000/wk
E normal time 7 week, crash time 5 week, crash cost: $1200/wk
F normal time 6 week, crash time 5 week, crash cost: $900/wk
