Waste 1: volume is 10,000 gal/day; BOD is 1000mg/L

Waste 2: volume is 25000 gal/day; BOD is 250 mg/L

The factory will use a 4 ft deep on-site lagoon to stabilize the waste with a loading rate of 20 lb BOD/acre-day.
