The mass of an empty rubber balloon is 0.0125 kg. Matt fills the balloon with helium at a density of 0.181 kg/m3 , so that the balloon has a radius of 0.60 m. Matt then fastens the filled balloon to a vertical line. What is the tension in the line?

The answer is T=9.7N, I just need an explanation as to why that is the answer. I don't know where that number is coming from.
