A painters scaffold is supported by cables at each end. The scaffold weighs 200 Newtons, is 18 meters long, and is uniform inconstruction. If a painter weighing 810 Newtons stands 4.5 metersfrom the left hand end of the scaffold, what is the tension in each of the supporting cables? Can't figure it out.
