A gas undergoes a cyclic process as shown in the figure above. This gas has γ = 1.4. In the diagram A has volume VA = 8.52 m3, pressure PA = 6.26 × 105 Pa and temperature TA = 286.1 K. The volume at B is triple the volume at A. The processes A rightarrow B and C rightarrow D are isobaric, the process B rightarrow C is adiabatic and D rightarrow A is isothermal.
