The air on the western side of the mountain range is at 800 hPa (T = 70F, r = 0.75), and will subside on the eastern side to a height of ~6,000 ft (820 hPa). Assuming that any condensation will fall out immediately upon formation, what is the surface temperature and relative humidity on the leeward side of the mountains?
