Question: Suppose that you are halfway through a particular course and you decide that you are not learning anything useful and the rest of the course is not worth your effort (obviously we are not describing this course!). It is too late to drop the course and sign up for another one. Is this an example of a sunk cost? How does economics suggest that you decide whether to complete the course?
