Nadler & Tushman's Model (Tesla)
For the following option, you will use the Nadler &Tushman Congruence model to analyze one of theorganizations listed below which is Tesla. Please do not choose an organization in your previous Engagement Activity anddo not use other Nadler &Tushman analysis posted online. The purpose is to conduct your own analysisusing our course concepts. Remember that if you are taking company information to cite and reference yoursources using APA format.
Question 1. Describe the key input factors that influence the organization:
a. The external environment (including political, economic, social, technological and ecological factors).
b. The organizations history (including its culture) and the resources it has access to.
Question 2. What is the strategy of the organization? Is it in line with the organization's environmental inputs and its history (including its culture) and resources?
Question 3. How are the components of the transformation processes aligned with the input factors and the strategy? Analyze these elements:
a. The work
b. The formal organization
c. The people
d. The informal organization (part of which is the culture that manifests itself in different parts of the organization.
e. How do they interact with one another in ways that influence the outputs produced by the organization?
Question 4. What outputs are being achieved? Are these the desired outputs based on the strategy?
