Opeongo Soaps is a Canadian company that specializes in the production and sale of soaps and body care products. All Opeongo Soaps and body care products are inspired by nature and provide ecological skin care with unprecedented benefits. Some of the top favourite product lines are the Goat's Milk Soaps, Rainwater Soaps and Everything Soap. According to the company's costing cards, the average time to produce one soap bar is 26.5 hours with a standard deviation of 7.6 hours. Suppose a random sample of 45 soap bars is selected for analysis.

(a) State one possible reason why the company used sampling in this case. Explain your reasoning.
