A spaceship leaving Earth traveling to a distance 2.4 lightyears away at a speed of 0.6c. At the halfway point the spaceship launches the two missles one towards the distant planet and one towards earth both traveling at 0.8c but in opposite directions.

a) How much time has elapsed on Earth and the spaceship from the departure of the spaceship when it arrives to the planet.

b) What is the speed of the first and second missile as seen from Earth

c) What is the relative speed of the second missile as seen from the first one.

d) What is the distance covered by the spaceship as seen from Earth, as seen by the spaceship's captain, and as seen by the captain of the first missile?
