My husband and I are looking for a second dog so our first dog has a playmate. We are looking at dogs based on what we feel would be best fit for our first dog and kids. We found a dog and based on these numbers: The age of the dog (X1), and the rating of the breed (X2). Based onthe information we got from the current owners and what we researched online, we came up with the following:

Y= 1(X1) + 8(X2)

What is the slope? What is the Y-intercept? Interpret the slopes and their meaning.
