Planning for future growth contributes to the economic health and wealth of new development communities. Urban planners utilize their knowledge and expertise to devise plans for future growth by attracting citizens and businesses, which promotes vitality in these communities and nourishes development. Urban cities that are efficient become a welcoming and inviting environment for residents and businesses.
Continuing in your role as the urban planner, your manager has asked you to organize all of the work you have prepared for them into a Master-Planned Community Feasibility Study/Plan. You will then present your Study/Plan to the economic development department.
Prepare the following:

2) An 18 to 20 slides PowerPoint presentation summarizing your plan

Describe the marketing feasibility and plan elements for your community. Be sure to address:
Question A. Discuss critical risks and assumptions associated with the Master-Planned Community.
Question B. Who are your primary and secondary stakeholders/customers?
Question C. What is the size of the market, including competition?
Question D. When will you begin development?
Question E. How will your community address stakeholder needs (for example, education, recreation, medical services, commercial establishments)?
Question F. Where will you market your community? What promotional methods will you use to reach your identified stakeholders?
Question G. Explain how your study/plan allows for future growth of your community. Provide a minimum of 3 specific recommendations and 3 specific examples.
