Rather than storing only the non-zero parts of the logo, we could imagine a different storage format where we also stored all the "background" parts of the logo that show up as white in the plot above. This might be done, for example, if we were storing the logo in an image file, and those background pixels might be represented numerically as 0s. We saw in the previous exercise that the non-zero/red parts of the logo spanned 119 pixels in each direction. Let's imagine that we want to add a little bit of margin around the logo - say, 10 pixels on all four sides - similar to what is shown in the image. So we're going to create a 2-dimensional array of 0s and 1s, where the 0s correspond to the white parts of the logo and the 1s correspond to the red parts of the logo.
