It is a zero waste shop. This means that you are required to bring containers from home to fill up with the products you buy from the shop. All products are vetted to make sure the companies behind them help the planet rather than harm, they also source a lot of local products.

This is a micro business - only an online shop and one in person location

3. What is the business model? Key stakeholders?

A for profit retail store. Keys takeholders are the owner, consumers, and employees.

4. How to buy online and offline?

Online you just buy products and can choose to get them delivered or pick up in store

5. How do the founder and employees provide support to customers in terms of a zero - waste lifestyle
They allow for a place where people can get daily necessities without adding unnecessary packaging to the world. It is a small step but over time it will make a dent. Sarah also works as a consultant for businesses in the sustainability side of their business. She has 25+ years of sustainability experience which helps companies cut down on unnecessary waste. She also runs workshops for people in Nottingham that want to learn how to cut down on waste. They are all fun, even including how to make your own chocolate.

Media presence

She has been featured on many big media outlets including The Guardian, LeftLion, Notts TV, Nottinghamshire Live, West Bridgeford Wire, Beeco. She also is very active on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Boasting over 7,000 followers! This is obviously a huge marketing pipelone for her.
