You work under a manager who is unorganised, unhappy, insecure in their role and constantly criticising the company. How will their behaviour impact the people who work around them?

In order to achieve an organisation's goals and objectives, it becomes necessary to develop and put in place performance plans.

What is a performance plan?

By monitoring and evaluating work it becomes possible to identify performance gaps which might impact on achievement of KPIs.
