A 20.0kg light signal hangs from the end of a 7.0m uniform density pole of mass 12.0kg. The pole is free to swivel from the hinge at point A, and is held in static equillibrium by a horizontal support cable between points C and D that is attached to the vertical pole 3.80m above the hinge.
