Problem: A long cylindrical shell has a uniform positive charge distribution per unit length, +2 lambda and with inner radius "r" and outer radius "2r". A long wire (same length as cylinder) with positive linear charge distribution of +1 lambda is placed along axis of cylinder.

Part A: What is the ratio of the surface charge density on the inner to outer surface of the cylinder?
