A series RLC circuit contains a 2200 ohm resistor, a 14.0 nF capacitor, and a 0.0300 H inductor. The circuit is initially open and the capacitor is fully charged. After the circuit is closed, the capacitor begins to discharge. The next time the charge on the capacitor reaches a positive peak, what is the ratio of the charge to its initial value? Express your answer as a percent of the initial charge.
