A power plant (heat engine) needs to produce 700 MW to supply the needs of its residents. If the hot reservoir is maintained at 540°C, and the waste heat is expelled to a nearby river at 30°C, what is the rate of heat needed from hot reservoir if the power plant runs at 70% of it's theoretical maximum?
