A spherical hot air baloon is initially filled with air at 118 kPa and 18°C and has an initial diameter of 4 m. Air enters the balloon at the same pressure and temperature as before with a velocity of 3.3 m/s through a 116-cm diameter opening.

a) How many minutes will it take to fill the balloon to a 15.2-m diameter, assuming the pressure and temperature of the air in the balloon doesn't change?

b) What is the rate of change of the balloon's diameter when it reaches the inflated diameter?
