Solve the following problem given below:

Problem: An electromagnetic wave (signal) is transmitted on a frequency of 446.8 MHz. Assume that the signal is a plane electromagnetic wave and the direction that it travels is the positive x-axis direction. The electric field component has amplitude = 1450 N/m and it oscillates parallel to the y-axis.

Part A: If the wave intercepts a 5.0 m2 surface area, and the wave is completely absorbed by that surface, what is the rate at which momentum is transferred to the surface?

Part B: Finally what is the radiation pressure on the surface in the previous problem?

If possible just a brief explanation how you got the answer?
